Terrible service, no communication, no delivery a month from payment

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received from this company. Payment was made over a month ago, and I still have not received the goods. Communication was terrible, I had to follow up repeatedly with empty promises of the good will be delivered the following day and when checking up the following day, no response from the company. At this point I have had to purchase the items from another company because I could no longer wait with no answers or accountability. I have they have not tried to contact or arrange that the products to be delivered, they simply disappeared. I have had to ask to have a refund. I would advise others to think carefully before dealing with this company based on my experience.
