Terrible service from Deco express

I made a laybye for a door at Deco express Mayfield branch. The store relocated and they did not notify us,but I managed to find a way to communicate with them and I made a payment for the outstanding amount. I continued to communicate with Fannie gouws and the service was great at first until I requested delivery for the door, he kept making promises until he eventually stopped answering his phone.
