Unprofessional!

Ran out of agreed Garappa wood and advised me that as it was in short supply he was going to make patterns to utilize off cuts. I then sourced the garappa myself. Ordered the 32 lengths he specified which I paid for. Only 23 lengths were required. The remaining 9 lengths were taken by him and for which he refused to return or reimburse me
