Mcrayburn decking designs

I would strongly caution anyone considering using McCrayburn Decking Designs for pergola or steel structure work.

I contracted this company to complete the steel structure for a pergola. The experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.

Firstly, the workmanship is of a very poor standard. The welding that was done is clearly substandard and unacceptable for structural work.

What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and communication. The contractor repeatedly says he will arrive “in 10 minutes,” yet hours later he still has not arrived. On other occasions he promises to come the following day and simply does not show up at all.

Phone calls are frequently ignored, and once payment was received, the level of service and responsiveness dropped dramatically.

Between the poor workmanship and the lack of communication, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise members of the public to be very cautious before using McCrayburn Decking Designs for any work.
