Poor execution and service delivery

<p>Skirtings were installed the 29th of July but not completed to satisfaction: nails were still visible, gaps between the walls and skirtings, wood pulling apart and stain splashes on our newly tiled floors. We phoned the owner Colin van Aswegen immediately to complain and he promised that someone will be sent after two weeks to fix all the concerns. We have been following up with no responses until we were asked to make the final payment by Elaine (in September ). We indicated that the job had not been completed and that we would only make final payment once completed. The company then sent one lady to our house ont he 21st of September 2016 to do the touch-ups without the necessary materials e.g. no wood filler, no stain, no sealants. I informed Elaine and am still waiting to hear. We had sent photos and complained on Facebook with no response to date. The company has no urgency and no sense of pride in their work</p>
