Deck & Patio ( Durban ) - failure to rectify

Dane from Deck and Patio installed Wooden staircases in 3 homes for our company.

Within a year of installation, treads were loose and steel cables ( which acted as railings) were pulling out .

Constant refusal to rectify. It is disappointing that Dane showed such poor ethics in sorting out the problems.
