i bought an refurbished Engine and 2 Enging Mounting for my ford Ranger 2.2 from Decent Investment in Pretoria. The engine was delivered without the Engine mounting of which i've paid for R1750 Each (Total of R3500 excluding VAT. I've been dealing with a guy called Jack. I was refered to this company by an ABSA Agent who are resposible for the fleet management for our company.

The mounting were never delivered, i received an email from Ayanda who is also a worker at Decent auto that the mounting were cracked as result they cannot send it. Jack also send me and email indicating that he will refund me the money.

I've been in touch with jack since the 31st of August 2020 and he has been lying about repaying me my money. He is not willing to refund me my money, he is unproffesional. I indicated that he is the owner of the business, when i contact him he is now refusing to take accountability. He now says he only works at the company and not the owner.

i've tried everything to get my money back with no luck. he is not taking my calls and his people are also not taking my call. the company address is 353 Derdepoort road (Dycor), silverton, The owners contact number: ***, his name is Jack.

I'm taking legal action against the company, they are unproffesional, please dont buy anything from them.
