HORRIBLE DECO LADY

<p>I asked a woman name Mandisa Xulu to draw up a quote for me for me for my wedding decor. She told me she would need to see the venue to finish drawing up my quote and insisted on it, so I agreed that she could come. I then asked her how much is it for you to see the place, because we know you charge for these things. She then said R2000. I told her I cannot pay her R2000 to just come see the venue, she then told me that was the price for site visits in general for the wedding when she goes back and forth the venue with me. I agreed to it, because she said that fee would be in the main quote and was not something we had to pay before she went. After she sent me a quote worth R150 000 I told her I would not be requiring her services, she then proceeded to tell me I need to pay a fee or R1000 for the site visit which she insisted on. She is a very greedy lady and don't do business with her as she will charge you exhorbant prices. In the quote she charged me R40 000 for drapping, whereas other suppliers charged me R7500 for the same thing. Beware out there, these decor people are out to rip us off. It's quite unfortunate that she is black and I really wanted to support her, but the same people you are trying to help will turn around and bite you. STAY ALERT!!!</p>
