USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE & TRACKING SYSTEM

I actually cannot believe the appalling level of service from this company - no I didn't bother to check reviews before ordering online, as I do with most companies because I ASSUMED that this so called imported big business brand was decent and trustworthy. Sure, ordering online was easy. Received a shipping update 4 days ago that my order had been collected. Another one today saying its out for delivery. Not according to the service agent, who said it was only collected yesterday! Oh and she doesn't have a call service number for the courier - whose online website track and trace system doesn't even work. I live in Cape Town, not on the ****** moon. Next fight of course will be to get my money back, because now my kids aren't getting their Christmas presents. USELESS. STAY AWAY. PATHETIC. Local businesses know how to keep their customers happy - not this lot...
