Unsatisfactory Service and Disregard for Customers' Bookings at Decathlon South Africa

The service at Decathlon has consistently been poor. My friends and I frequently book the indoor soccer pitch for specific times, yet every time we arrive, we encounter different individuals already playing. When we inquire about the situation, we are provided with no valid explanation and are simply told to wait until we can access the pitch. Today, despite booking for 09:30, we were not able to begin until 10:30. This level of service is unacceptable; we are paying customers and should not be treated as if we are inconveniencing the staff. Management has shown a lack of concern for our repeated complaints, prompting me to escalate the matter through this complaint.
