Took my garment but no exchange given
Organized an online exchange for a garment bought. paid for the courier and the garment was collected 10 days ago. I have received no acknowledgement of my return, no one answers my email, and contact centre closed. I have received NO exchange. I have written 4 emails and sent 2 Facebook messages. I now have no Christmas present for my father!
