Terrible/Distasteful service received ( They don't deserve a star )

On the 30th of April 2022 i have bought items online , on the 3rd they told me the order is ready for delivery , I then went to Roodepoort to collect (Only to get home and find out 2 out of 4 items are missing. I the reported the issue through their system with the information . I have called the company and the agents keep giving me the run around, promising to call me back but nothing. , nobody knows what happened to my items yet i have paid money for it . I am stick and tired of been taken for a fool. Today its the 11th and i still don't know what happened or someone taking accountability for it. I will not be buying from them anymore. Their service is distasteful not to mention lack of communication.
