What a terrible website!

They force stupid password constraints despite this leading to weaker security. There are TONS of evidence showing that the only password constraint that adds to security is length. Forcing any other constraints, such as capital letters and special characters, weakens security - https://lifehacker.com/how-password-constraints-give-you-a-false-sense-of-secu-***.

The address entry field is archaic - it forces dropdowns (where you really shouldn't have dropdowns) with incorrect data on users, which means a lot of valid addresses can't be entered into the system.

The payment integration is really *****, how can a user refreshing their browser interrupt a transaction? And after my purchase I got a message saying my transaction has been declined, but I got a successful payment notification from PayGate, and my order is listed as paid on Decathlon's site - this almost made me reorder my order.

This website perfectly illustrates everything that's wrong with the South African tech industry. Whoever built this has no idea what they're doing.

If you can, take your business elsewhere. Don't support unprofessional websites like this.
