Terrible service

Disgusted by Decathalon services!!! I placed an order on the 30th October and it’s the 15th of November and still no product!!! I was told it would be 3-5 days delivery. When I enquired I got told it was delivered to the wrong address and this would be recitifed by Monday this week and it’s Wednesday now and still NOTHING!!!!
