Terrible feedback. I have ordered a s****** for sons' birthday. After a week I have not received any feedback on delivery progress. The item has not even been dispatched for delivery. This is a **** I will not ever order from them again.

13 Sept 2021, 09:11Okay. So after a swift action from the staff at Decathlon who ensured that my parcel got delivered by the 1st of September. I am happy and pleased with their service. The product we received was also of great quality and my son is very happy. Thank you for your prompt service on assistance.
