Rude manager Karabo at little falls branch

Came to the branch at little falls for a kayak that was on sale. None was in stock except the display and the shop assistant offered us 15 percent on the display unit. It was quite dirty and we asked if it was possible to get a bigger discount but that we would take it either way. I did not get the shop assistant's name but she was very pleasant and she went to ask the manager. Karabo was the manager and she came to us with a very angry attitude and said we can only have 10percent. I said if that was the rule we understand but asked why she was being unpleasant we were offered the bigger discount and now she seemed angry. She told me rules are rules.snd I can take it or leave it. We decided to leave the unit, not because of the discount but because of the rudeness
