Refund issues from Decathlon

Extremely bad: I ordered a boxing bag stand advertised on there catalogue. After about a month I was told thet they don’t have stock. I’m trying now about two months to get a refund. Everytime you send a mail, a different person replies,, saying that they will follow up. Again nothing happens and I asked again for feedback, with the same answer.
