Rapid Exchange of Hiking Shoes

I would like to thank the support team at Decathlon who assisted me with an exchange of a pair of hiking shoes that were to small for me. I dropped off the smaller pair at a Pargo outlet on Monday afternoon at around 16:00 and I received the bigger pair this afternoon at 13:30.

In particular, I wish to thank Nomathemba and Lindy for the effort they have taken to get the shoes exchanged rather sooner than later. You are most welcome to close my support ticket.

In future, I would not hesitate to order sports gear from Decathlon.
