Poor service

I wrote a review on Sunday regarding my experience at your Roodepoort branch. Until today my money was not reimbursed and no contact from your guys. That just shows the level of professionalism that this company has. I am in shock but I am still saying more than 6k its a lot of money that you guys need to reimburse and I am not gonna stop it I need that money. And I will definitely l spread the word around about your poor service you give to your customers.
