Poor service

I've been awaiting my order since it's urgent, but I haven't received any feedback despite reaching out to them multiple times. Last week, I placed an order for two pairs of walking sandals. However, when I tried to track my order, I couldn't find any information. Upon calling customer service, they informed me that one of the pairs I ordered online was unavailable, but I could choose another pair if I paid the difference. Shortly after, they called me back to say they actually had the original pair in stock. Despite this, I still haven't received my order or received any further communication regarding its status.
