PATHETIC

If there were a zero rate option, I would be choosing it.

I ordered online. It took what seems like an eternity to get delivered. The item was too small. I emailed the supplier and they only came back to me after a week. I responded and haven't heard anything back since. This was two weeks ago. I am so irritated I can scream. They don't seem to answer their phones either!!!! PATHETIC
