Order cancelled without notice!!

I recently purchased a mountain bike for myself on 1st December 2024 on decathlon online. Only to get a reply from decathlon that the order has been cancelled without a proper reason as to why the order was cancelled. I hope I will get my refund as stated by the email that the refund was validated and should reflect in 3 to 7 working days. This is really a bad way to deal with customers. We really love decathlon products and this might just mean we stay away from the entire SA franchise.
