Online Order and Delivery Process

I placed an order on Saturday night and saw that I would get discount off my first app order so I downloaded the app to get the discount but then I couldnt find the discount code, I emailed them and received a timely (human) response with the order. I placed my order and then received an email saying delivery would take between 3 and 5 working days. I read some reviews of Decathlon here and saw lots of reviews saying it takes ages and I started to get worried that I would be waiting. However, my package arrived well in time on the Thursday. I am based in Cape Town as well.

The only criticism I can give is that their courier communication isn't too great as you have to check your email and tracking number to see the status of your parcel as no email or SMS was recieved to indicate the status. The delivery guy was vey pleasant and called when he was at the gate and it was all very easy.
