online assistance

I have been trying to access their mens trousers to place an order online, as I have ordered a pair of trousers recently and would like to re order. unfortunately the website does not allow me access to their products at all. Instead, a message appears telling me that I do not have access to the product and that's it. No way to access any products. Twice I requested assistance via online facility, but absolutely no response from Decathlon. Bad service guys, please rectify this problem.
