NO EXCHANGE FOR TORN PANTS!

So disappointed to find I could not EXCHANGE a torn factory faulty track skinny pants that I bought less than a week ago in Alberton. Whats worse was thee condescending voice the sales assistant used when she was talking to me insinuating that I had torn the pants on purpose. I really think she should be retrained on customer service rather than be so rude for a pants that cost a mere R199.00 which I to;d her so too!
