NO customer service or refund!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You had no problem taking my money when I placed a order but now I have to wait a week for a refund of R350? There is NO AGENTS available when I call for 5 days in a row. No reply on emails or Facebook! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE - I WILL NEVER SUPPORT DECATHLON AGAIN.
