No after sales service

I have purchased an Itiwit kayak from Decathlon on 26 March 2021. It had three leaks in the seam not far apart. I made the mistake of not reporting it in the warranty time but now that I need to buy a replacement part they just tell me that they can't help me. Don't purchase expensive products from Decathlon because they do not give service after selling you a product. I would expect a company to carry parts for a couple of years after selling an expensive product.
