Incredible service and support re an online order, huge thank you

Grateful for unbelievable service and support. We ordered a tent online, it arrived and there was a fault with it. Contacted Decathlon, said we are 3 days away from departing on an adventure hike (with a large group), cannot do without a tent. Within 26 hours the new replacement tent was delivered!! (From Jhb to KZN) If that doesn't make one feel safe about ordering online from Decathlon, I don't know what will! A huge huge thank you to Decathlon.
