Hiking boots

Went to a store on the 26th August 2020 to change some hiking boots and I was hit by a surprise by the who I'll treated me telling me that I can't change because I don't have slip not know that I know that their system have this top of the range technology that they have some built in tacks in their garments scanning when you bought the product,He later said he can't change because they have thorns on the soles so the shoes have been wrong-fully used because they are for the supposed to be worned in a dessert and I said to him but we don't have a dessert in Pretoria so I told Josh he should have advised me not to buy them.My biggest wish is to advise Store leaders should provide training for stuff members to treat customers the same despite of the race I'm heart broken because I'm stuck with some boot's that are still in warrantee.
