Great Customer Service

I just wanted to show appreciation from Decathlon for the excellent service. I ordered a pair of trail shoes online & within two days it was delivered. However, an error on my side meant the shoes were the wrong size. And even though they had no stock of a size up, they came out, fetched the shoes & gave me a full refund, including delivery. Great customer service!
