Getting a refund for an item returned is next to impossible

I returned an item to their Centurion store on the 22nd of June which I had bought online. They refused to credit my card but instead told me the money would be returned to my card within 7 to 14 business days. I have followed up multiple times by email but today is the 6th of August and I still haven't received my refund. I will never be shopping online with them ever again. I cannot believe how pathetic this is. My last two emails have also been ignored even though I tell them I have not received the refund that they promised.
