First and last time ordering from this company

I ordered 2 items - 1 for R399 and the other for R14, plus R129 for delivery. The order must be "splitted" (sic) since they come from 2 different suppliers, Now they tell me due to a "stock error" the first item cannot be supp****, which means the second item now costs R 278 instead of R149! I have instructed them to cancel the entire order and refund the total amount. I do not want a voucher as I will never deal with Decathlon again. What a total disaster! Let's see how long it takes to get my refund.
