I contacted them via Facebook and received an instant response, they even went so far as to keep me updated via their facebook channel on the progress of my order, without me having to request an update. The quality of the items we purchased was EXCELLENT. Just as a guide, we usually purchase Columbia, North Face or KWay tactical/hiking pants, we ordered 3 pairs of Forclaz hiking pants and they were on par with the expensive brands, even better in my opinion.
