Decathlons Poor Service

I ordered a jacket from decathlon 2 weeks ago on click and collect. I then went to decathlon Alberton to collect the jacket, when I arrived I realised the quality of the jacket was not what I expected. I then requested at the store to be refunded. They said the online store is managed separately and cannot do a refund, I need to wait for an email from head office to refund me and confirm my bank details. The store kept the jacket and I have still not been contacted for a refund. I have followed up several times via email and no response at all. Still waiting for a refund
