Decathlon - Real store or not?

Hi

Is Decathlon a real store? I called a few times but to get an answer is a nightmare and to get a size checked of an item even more of a task to do.

Then starts the order process where after payment you don't hear anything back, what is the product on its way, is it packed, what is the tracking number? What kind of business does that.

So delivery is 1-3 days so do I now get my money back because its past the delivery date and most probably not even been sent as yet?

Called again today and no answer so not sure if its a real business or not just a website.
