DECATHLON NO SERVICE NO FEEDBACK ON GOODS NOT DELIVERED

We ordered and paid for 3 items. Only 1 was delivered. We tried calling and sent few emails to get feedback on when we wil receive the other 2 items. NO REPONCE AT ALL. NO FEEDBACK AT ALL. We are so frustrated as this is an urgent order. But we have been ignored!! No service at all !!
