Decathlon 2 year warranty- no after sales service.

Decathlon gave me a 2 year warranty on tennis shoes. The shoes started tearing after less than 18 month of playing tennis once , maximum twice a week, and often 2 weeks without wearing the shoes at all. On the 17 January 2024 I took the shoes back to Decathlon Alberton where I bought the shoes. The manager took photos of the shoes and emailed his manager asking what to do. i was cc'ed in the email. No reply was send back. On 31 January I emailed both the email adresses on teh manager's email and have had no response. What happened to the 2 year warranty? And what about giving me a reply?
