********* business practices and non existing customer service

With the big promotion running, they advertised the 2/3 seater inflatable cruising kayak for R2999 (63% discount). We immediately ordered one online, and got a reply the next day to say that there was a stock discrepancy, and they didn't have any stock left (although the website showed stock at a few branches). A few hours later, the website was updated with the exact same kayak. but now for R5999 (14% discount). I find them very ********* in the way they dealt with this. They couldn't admit they made a mistake, so in stead **** to us about no stock available, and then changed the amount. I sent them a message on facebook as their email address is from a no-reply account. No answer, tried to phone, but the options won't let you speak to a person. This si the worst service ever.
