Bad Service from Decathlon

I do all my shopping online, and must say that Decathlon has been quite disappointing, order placed on the 27th of January, advised that it would be delivered between 3-5 days. We are now on the 10th day with no word. Sent emails no response and contacted them 05 February only to be told the courier services didn't find it at the warehouse and would be delivered at 15h00. Nothing received again. The items were essential for my training for Midmar which was this weekend, and now the items are really useless. Let's see if i get any response to this comment.
