Bad refund service

I bought some running kit for my husbands birthday present. It was ordered large ( but their sizing is very small) so I had to return everything. But I’m still waiting a month later with no refund. The process is a back a forth email process having to prove bank statements and prove of returns. It’s laborious and I am R2000 short. With no refund but yet they sit with my goods.
