Bad app, bad service no communication!!!!

I bought chips horse riding chaps but it was too small. Send numerous emails with no reply. Tried calling numerous times with no direct indication of who to speak with when you call them in connection to returns, you just hope you can get to a point where you can speak to an agent. When you do they give you an email address that does not exist and the line is so bad you can hardly hear them. You log a query online with no feedback
