Atrocious customer service. Rather non existent customer service

Good Day,

Yesterday I went to your Bryanston store looking for the below item which was available at the store. When I enquired about it I was told that I must order online but the site says “not available online”.

A gentleman at the said that Boksburg branch has the 3XL item and he will organise for it to be shipped to your store in Roodeport for collection. I also advised that I will pay for it online so as to secure the item. He advised that by close of business yesterday I would get an email with all the details. It is now the next working day and yet no response.

Please can I get feedback ASAP on this item as you have disgusting customer service and the way my issue is being handled is atrocious. First time I want to buy something from this over priced lazy peoples store.
