Abysmal customer service

Terrible service, shop elsewhere! 8 days after placing a time sensitive order, it is still not despatched despite being told it's ready to ship. Customer service telephone number is conveniently impossible to get through to and after phoning a branch in desperation, no-one has contacted me. Very disappointed in what I thought was a reputable brand...
