Misleading and false advertising

<p>I submitted pictures of a cake that I wanted baked for my daughter’s birthday. I was assured it would look similar but not exact which I understand. Via email I also confirmed that my daughter’s name and the words "happy birthday" would be written on the cake and it was on the picture that I submitted to you. The cake arrived with none of this. If you know that the process is that it should also be included on the invoice, why didn’t you include it on for me when you gave me to sign it? Why didn’t you also tell me to include it on the invoice? Surely if you confirmed it with me via email you already knew what I wanted? do you not care about your customers or their needs, its purely only about the business? Considering the amount that I paid, I expected a beautiful cake from you. this wasn’t even for me it was for my 1 year old daughter who was so excited about her cake. apparently I only wrote what I wanted in the email "which she confirmed" and didn’t write it on a piece of paper so she didn’t include happy birthday, my daughter’s name and the Minnie mouse looked like a ****** instead of a mouse!!! if you run a professional business, you should confirm with the client what their expectations are to ensure customer satisfaction. If you could not deliver on what I asked you should not have accepted my business. your website is very misleading and the way you handled my situation was very unprofessional. I booked you in May for October and paid you in May already and the balance in August already as that is how much I trusted that you would deliver. I gave you sufficient time to prepare. I’m beyond disappointed, not only because of what happened but because you disappointed my 1 year old daughter. I will definitely not utilize your services again. the 50 guests who turned up to my daughters party surely had a laugh when they saw what the "Minnie mouse" looked like. Paula was also very rude when I contacted her an hour before the party to tell her that she did not deliver on what I asked. I was embarrassed to show off the cake, which by the way is the center of attraction to every birthday party.</p>
