Service shocker

I phoned in to make a booking at Decandance Nails in Sandton City around at 12:25 .

Receptionist booked me for 16:30 , when arriving at the salon I was informed that my booking had been cancelled (supposedly another person phoned and cancelled on behalf of me.

My number was not taken by the person on duty at the front desk neither was she wearing a name tag so please check your camera system to identify the staff member.

16:25 I entered the salon (I am caucasian with long blonde hair)

I was turned away and told to try Soho just next door.

I have never experienced such low life service in my life. Wasted my time and petrol.

Please will the manager or owner contact me, will be appreciated.
