worst loan company ever

worse company ever, i had a loan with them, we agreed on a settlement amount i was honest with the agent. the agent said send us R13000.00 and we will settle your account that was in writing i send them the money and then another agent not the same one calls me saying or asking me if i cant make a payment of R2000.00. Now the old agent that i spoke with is ignoring me. i have proof in a form of my conversation with the agent and that he is ignoring me now
