rude consultant

<p>I have been experiencing bad service from Busi Majavu who works for Babereki, she gave me a settlement and arranged the amount to b taken on the 29th of August to my suprise no debit order went through only R248.00 went off my account I called her & told me to deposit 700 which I did...I called to get a settlement letter on Monday the 5th she took my email n contacnt no & said I wil get it on Tuesday...come Tuesday nothing I called again she was so rude did not even want me to finish my query she took my ID no come wednesday nothing I called her today she was so unproffesional,irrate,not friendly no telephone etiques she did not eveb apologise about the delay I think she must go for training again she did not even want to give me her managers name</p>
