Prescribed debt

Stop harassing me with countless phone calls and idle threats over debt that has prescribed! I have not signed ANY documents (aknowledgement of debt and consent to judgement) I know my rights and you cannot do anything without those signed documents. If you do not stop and erase my file from your system, I will report you to the ombudsman!!
