Emolument Attachment Order on a paying account.

<p>This account is being paid through debit order every month. I did not sign any document and here I have a Emolument Attachment Order. And there is a judgement on my name which is unfair.</p> <p>This is unaccepctable for a Customer that is paying every month and is now sitting with a judgement.</p> <p> </p>
