Balance dispute

They keep on sending me debit mandates even thought i have settled my account in full and as such i have filled a complaint with the ombudsmen and its been dealt with. I asked for a paid up letter, even called your *********** customer service i was assured my credit profile will be updated. You preying on young professionals and you need to be investigated.
